How to apply....1. Click on the link above to complete an application for yourself and pay the applicaton fee.
2. Email a .jpeg copy of your driver's license or other state issued ID.3. If you are planning on having a pet, email a copy of their most recent vet records, city permit, rabies verification, and a recent photo of the pet. We will assume that you will not be having any pets if this information is missing. 4. Earnest money deposit (equal to one month’s rent) will be required upon acceptance. After you have signed your lease this money will become your security deposit for the term of your lease. 5. If your application requires a cosigner, cosigner forms will be provided by management upon approval.
